The Installation Side: What We Offer
CONSULTING:
Consulting with the client or a third party is the first step in the beginning of a project. Next is having knowledge of what works, how to efficiently implement it and communicating this to our clients. We'll help guide you into the best direction for your next A/V system.
DESIGN:
We have the tools and knowledge to provide any level of Audio Visual design package for your Audio, Video and Lighting needs.
FABRICATION:
We're experienced in building systems from a detailed or fabrication grade design. A big part of our fabrication process involves wiring our racks to the highest standards and cleaning and testing our systems before installations.
INSTALLATIONS:
We have the experience to read plans, communicate with others on site trades, perform proper terminations, install safety measures and bring a system online. When there are other factors outside of our control, we have the knowledge and ability to trouble shoot and find the problem, implementing a solution in a timely manner.
SERVICE:
After we install your system we will train you on how to use your new system. If a component wears out over time or manipulations are done on the system without supervision or knowledge, a service call may be needed. We respond to any service requests -no matter the size- and provide service after the sale whether it's by an appt or trouble shooting over the phone.

We work with members of your team to ensure that the room acoustics create a professional environment whether it's a theater, live venue, hotel, restaurant, house of worship, recording studio, or retail store. Once our designs are complete, we'll work with you and your staff as systems integrators, installing the systems on time and within budget and carefully watching over every detail. We’ll train your technical support team on how to get the most out of the new equipment and also show them production techniques we have learned over the years.
Training
📷As a support to our customers, we offer audio training. We often work with church audio engineers and/or audio volunteers who want to better their skills. Here are a few areas of interest others have been trained on –
Every year we do shows at a variety of venues. We understand that nothing can replace experience and a great pair of ears when it comes to calibrating and tuning an audio system. We also know that each show and system configuration requires different calibration and system tuning and that every venue and system has different requirements that have to be met to optimize the systems’ performance.
